Plymouth model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley teams up with L’Oréal’s Shu Uemura Art of Hair
Plymouth-born model and actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has partnered with global cosmetics brand Shu Uemura Art of Hair to create a series of videos.
The 34-year-old Transformers and Mad Max star has “hosted a montage” of her favorite Shu Uemura Art of Hair hair and styling products.
During the partnership, Ms. Huntington-Whiteley will showcase her hair care and styling tips and tricks with the Essence Absolue, Ultimate Reset and new Izumi Tonic and Yubi Blonde ranges. His first collaboration with the brand is now broadcast via Instagram.
Ms Huntington-Whiteley said, “I have loved Shu Uemura Art of Hair for years, with their great ingredient stories and minimal design.
“It’s an honor to work with them and bring you my favorite hair care regimens and lines, starting with the ultimate finishing oil, Essence Absolue.”
Shu Uemura was a Japanese makeup artist and founder of the cosmetics line that bears his name. He died in 2008 at the age of 79. The brand named after the former Hollywood makeup guru is now part of the L’Oréal empire, based in France. The company’s recently released half-year results showed revenue of € 15.19 billion, up 20.7%. It resulted in operating income of 2.9 billion euros for the half-year at the end of June 2021.

Mrs Mrs Huntington-Whiteley was born in Plymouth and raised on a farm near Tavistock, just outside the town.
